Notes to parents/ students:

1. This textbook list is compiled in June 2008. The prices quoted are for reference only. Parents/ students can purchase their books from whichever bookstore they wish.
2. In order to avoid unnecessary hassle in purchasing new textbooks that are not yet published, the Education Bureau will, from 18 July to 26 September 2008, put the latest publication information of these textbooks, as well as the contact telephone numbers of the publishers concerned on the Curriculum Development Institute Homepage of the Education Bureau (http://www.edb.gov.hk/index.aspx?langno=1&nodeid=2365) for the reference of parents and students. Relevant  information will be updated every Friday during the said period .  
3. Make direct enquiry to the publisher (s) concerned if the books listed in th school textbook list are not available on the market.
4. Contact the Consumer Council in case of irreqularities being detected on the purchase of textbooks/ learning materials.

家長/ 學生須知：

1. 此書單於二零零八年六月編訂，書本之報價只供參考之用。家長/ 學生可到任何書局購買課本。
2. 為避免學生及家長為購買未出版的教科書而作不必要的奔波，教育局將於本年七月十八日至九月二十六日，在課程發展處網頁 (http://www.edb.gov.hk/index.aspx?langno=2&nodeid=2365) 內提供新學年新出版及改版教科書的最新出版資料及出版社的聯絡電話。有關資料會在該段期間逢星期五更新 一次，方便家長及學生參考。
3. 倘若不能在市面上買到書單所列的課本，可直接向有關出版社查詢。
4. 如在購買課本或學習材料時遇有疑難，可與消費者委員會聯絡。
